Our founder, Greg Kerr, has more than fifteen years' experience in Human Resources and, additionally, fifteen years' experience in executive search, and executive and technical recruitment with significant ASX listed public Companies. He has a significant network of clients, senior executives and technical specialists across the globe and has the expertise, integrity and credibility to fulfill the most challenging of search and senior recruitment assignments.
Greg has external consulting and contracting experience in the oil and gas, resource, construction and FMCG industries, in addition to leading an internal recruitment team within a multinational ASX listed company. He has extensive knowledge of how multinational companies manage senior resourcing assignments and a successful history of engaging with and securing senior executives and technical specialists for clients. Our client and the candidate should be confident of a professional, expeditious and positive experience.

Oliver Kelly
Our Associate, Oliver Kelly, has extensive experience in an ASX listed multinational business in Recruitment, Human Resources and Health, Safety and Security roles. For the past seventeen years, Oliver has been helping companies improve their business outcomes by focusing on enlisting and optimising the potential of their most appreciating asset - their people.
He has added significant value as a recruiter and human resources generalist for Santos Limited and as an external recruitment consultant for other multinational organisations, including Apple Inc. and Barclays Bank. Oliver has most recently worked within the project management team for the full project lifecycle of a $21Bn 'Project of Significance' as a Recruitment Advisor and a Senior Client Work Health and Safety consultant.
His networks are far ranging. He understands businesses and projects from the inside out and works on a pragmatic basis with integrity and a positive approach. His strengths are his ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike and the judgement to deliver successful outcomes in complex business environments.
